Because the Presence plan has a specific scope: one page with up to five sections. I start from a reusable structure and adapt its design and content to your business. If you need more pages or features, I quote for them first.
Registering or renewing an available standard domain each year, setting it up and connecting it to your website. The domain is registered in your name. It's an optional extra at €20/year, excl. VAT. Special extensions and premium domains are quoted separately. If you already have a domain, I'll check with you how to connect it.
Yes. The Custom plan is designed for needs that go beyond the fixed packages. We talk about what you need and your budget, so we can agree the features, scope, timelines and maintenance before we start.
Information about your business, your services, your contact details and any photos or logo you have permission to use. I'll help you organise the content and we'll decide together what to show.
Hosting, monitoring, fixes for bugs in my implementation and 15, 30 or 45 minutes of content changes a month. Text, photos and opening hours fit into that time. The quote sets out the hosting limits, what happens to unused time and how additional changes work. With Custom, we agree the maintenance based on the project's needs.
Then Website Care is the plan for you: I review your current website, move it to my hosting and look after it. Setup costs €99, then €30/month for hosting, monitoring and 15 minutes of content changes a month, excl. VAT.
Yes. Every website I build comes in English and Spanish, with a button to switch language, just like the demos. You only need to send me your text in one language: I prepare the version in the other for you to review. If you need another language, we can look at it in a tailored quote.
No. You can cancel whenever you like, with the notice period we set out in writing before we start, and you take your content and a copy of your website with you. You can pay the fee monthly or a year upfront with two months free: €300, €400 or €500 a year depending on the plan. If you've paid the yearly fee and cancel, your website stays live until the paid period ends; the remaining part isn't refunded.
Yes. We talk by email or video call, and you review the proposal through a link. I work with businesses anywhere, with no need to travel.

Yes. If you refer a business to me and they build their website with me, you earn a commission on what they pay for the build, excl. VAT. I explain how it works on the referrals page.
