What people often ask us.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We look at your car, tell you what’s wrong and give you a written quote. The only thing we charge for is electronic diagnostics with our equipment, and we take that off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
Will I lose my manufacturer’s warranty if I have my car serviced here?
No. We service your car to the manufacturer’s schedule, with parts of equivalent quality, and stamp your service book.
Do you offer a courtesy car?
For repairs that take more than a day, we have a courtesy car, subject to availability. Just ask when you book.
What guarantee do your repairs come with?
All our repairs are guaranteed on parts and labour. We put it in writing on your invoice.
