One fee, three parts.
In my plans, maintenance brings together hosting, fixing bugs in my implementation and content changes. Hosting keeps the website online; support deals with bugs in my own work; changes keep your information up to date. They aren't interchangeable tasks, nor an unlimited bank of development time.

The time for changes is for content: adjusting text, replacing photos or updating opening hours. Fixing a bug in my implementation is part of support. It helps to describe what's happening, so we can tell a fault apart from an improvement you'd like to add.
A specific request is easier to get right.
To change your opening hours, tell me the page, the current text and the new one. If you want to replace images, send the final files and point out where they should go. Grouping requests together makes them easier to understand and makes better use of the working time.
The included minutes don't equal a fixed number of changes: replacing a sentence can take less work than reorganising a section. Before I carry out a request that goes beyond the scope, we agree the extra work and its price.
A simple example: updating your summer opening hours can count as content maintenance. Adding a booking calendar where each customer books, pays for and manages their appointment means defining features, tools and integration.
The quote sets out how time is counted, what happens to unused time and the hosting limits. We also agree how to ask for support and organise requests; the fee doesn't mean an immediate response or round-the-clock availability.
What needs a separate proposal.
Creating extra pages, redesigning the website, programming bespoke features or turning a catalogue into an online shop changes the scope. Advertising campaigns and ongoing article writing aren't included either, and an external tool isn't covered just because it's connected to the website.
External licences are paid separately. Domain + setup is optional: €20/year for an available standard domain, in your name. It includes registration or renewal and connection; premium domains and special extensions need a quote.
The initial round of revisions included in Presence, Business and Complete is part of the build. Once the website is live, content tweaks come out of the monthly time. With Custom, revisions and maintenance are agreed for that specific project.
To work out the full cost, the build is €150, €299 or €449. Add twelve monthly fees and the first year comes to €510, €779 or €1,049, excl. VAT and extras. The website cost guide explains what fits into each package.
It's worth talking about leaving, too.
If you cancel maintenance, I hand over your content and a copy of the website you've paid for. The notice period and the closure of the hosting are set out in writing in the terms agreed before you sign up. Migrating to another provider is quoted separately.
Getting a copy doesn't mean it's already live on the new host. It helps to agree who will handle the move, the domain connection and the checks. Having that conversation in good time lets you plan the steps without assuming tasks are included when they weren't part of the agreement.
