2. Purpose and terms of use
This site presents the website design, development and maintenance services I provide for small businesses, and lets you request a proposal or a demo through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp. Access to the site is free and does not require registration; the private area /staff is reserved for the owner.
By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, not to enter false or harmful content in the form, and not to try to access restricted areas or interfere with how the site works. Published prices exclude VAT and are indicative until they are set out in a written proposal; no request sent from the site entails a contract or a payment.
The demos published on the demo-*.siegasolutions.com subdomains and in the /demos/ folder show fictitious businesses created solely as examples. Any resemblance to real businesses is coincidental.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The design, code, text, images, logo and all other content on this site belong to Darko Pastor or are used under the corresponding licence. The typefaces are distributed under the SIL Open Font License, the text of which is included on the site. Reproducing, distributing or transforming the content without express permission is prohibited, except for personal viewing.
Websites I develop for clients are delivered as agreed in each proposal: the content provided by the client and the domain registered in their name always belong to them.
4. Liability
I try to ensure that the information published here is correct and up to date, but I cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will be available at all times. I am not responsible for damage arising from misuse of the site or from interruptions beyond my control. A form submission is only confirmed once the request has been saved correctly.
5. Third-party links
The site contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Stripe or any social media profiles I may link to. I do not control those sites or their policies; I recommend reading those policies before using the services. If you come across a link you consider inappropriate, write to me and I will review it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer protection law provides for a different jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the owner's domicile.
