Is the demo really free?
Yes. I'll build you a demo of your website just for getting in touch, with nothing to pay and no commitment. If you like it, we move on to a written proposal. If not, the demo costs you nothing.
Can I change prices and treatments whenever I like?
Yes. Content changes are included in the monthly fee: 15, 30 or 45 minutes a month depending on the plan. Message me on WhatsApp and I'll update it.
Does it work for online appointments?
The website includes appointment booking by WhatsApp and phone. If you use an online booking calendar, I'll connect it on the Complete plan.
What do I need to get started?
Your treatments and prices, your opening hours, your address, photos you have permission to use and your logo if you have one. With that, I publish your website within 4 days.
Will my website be in both English and Spanish?
Yes. Every website I build comes in English and Spanish, with a button to switch language, just like the demos. You only need to send me your text in one language: I prepare the version in the other for you to review. If you need another language, we can look at it in a tailored quote.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. You can cancel whenever you like, with the notice period we agree in writing before we start, and you keep your content and a copy of your website. If you've paid the yearly fee and cancel, your website stays live until the paid period ends; the unused part isn't refunded.
